Exchanges and refunds

At Lovey by Lovey, we take pride in providing high-quality jewellery designed to last. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our simple refund and exchange policy.

Returns
We offer returns for items purchased from our website within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Have no signs of wear or damage.
- Include proof of purchase.

Please note: Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Exchanges
We understand that you might want a different style or size. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:
- Unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

You can exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value. If the new item is priced higher, we will contact you to arrange the payment of the difference.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We sincerely apologise if you receive a damaged or faulty item. Please contact us at loveybylovey@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear images of the damage or fault. We will arrange for an exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at loveybylovey@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. 

Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
