Exchanges & Returns

If you receive your order and require any support please contact info@loveybylovey.com.au and quote your order number so we can confirm proof of purchase.
Eligibility for returns and refunds
Any items purchased using a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Any items purchased during a sitewide sale are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
Returns
We cannot accept any earring (huggies, studs, ear cuffs and/or hoops) returns due to strict hygiene reasons. For all other items and to be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the original packaging.
- Have no signs of wear or damage.
- Have an order number associated with it
For strict hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned due to any sizing issues (such as them being too big or too small). The sizes of all of our earrings (huggies, hoops, ear cuffs and studs) are listed under each product and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct size is chosen. Any customers requiring support with sizing ahead of purchase can do so by contacting info@loveybylovey.com.au
Earrings can only be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or we've made an error and issued the incorrect product. Any faulty items must be returned to us for assessment. Returns and exchanges can only be processed once received and confirmed faulty.
Exchanges
You can exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value. If the new item is priced higher, we will contact you to arrange the payment of the difference. We cannot exchange earrings due to strict hygiene unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive a returned item, we inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged Items
We sincerely apologise if you receive a damaged item. Please contact us at info@loveybylovey.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear images of the damage or fault.
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
