Terms of service

LOVEY BY LOVEY's Terms of Service includes information about returns, exchanges, warranty and privacy.  Information about each of these is further detailed in the links below.
  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging 

  • Items on sale are not eligible for refund 

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable 

  • Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account 

  • Earrings and ear cuffs are not eligible for refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons 

  • Items must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear
  • Items that were not sale items, received in bad condition, or the wrong size may be eligible for exchange
Warranty 

  • Jewellery comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault or issue with product.
  • You may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

  • LOVEY BY LOVEY may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate their Terms of Service
