LOVEY BY LOVEY's Terms of Service includes information about returns, exchanges, warranty and privacy. Information about each of these is further detailed in the links below.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging

Items on sale are not eligible for refund

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account

Earrings and ear cuffs are not eligible for refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons
- Items must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear

Items that were not sale items, received in bad condition, or the wrong size may be eligible for exchange
Warranty
- Jewellery comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault or issue with product.
- You may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
