We offer a range of shipping options across Australia to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in good time.
Standard Shipping:
- Free for all orders within Australia over $49 AUD.
- $8.00 for all orders within Australia under $49 AUD.
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping:
- Flat Rate of $9.95.
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your purchase all the way to your door. Our trusted partners for shipping in Australia are Australia Post and other reputable couriers.
International Shipping
We ship Lovey by Lovey jewellery worldwide! Please see below for our international shipping options.
International Standard Shipping
Free for orders over $150 AUD.
For orders under $150 AUD, there is a flat rate of $20 AUD.
Delivery Time: 7-15 business days.
International Express Shipping
Flat Rate of $35 AUD.
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.

1. When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1 business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your package is on its way. The only exception to this is local delivery, where we transport this to you within 1-2 days. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.
3.What if my package gets lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at loveybylovey@gmail.com and we’ll work with our shipping partners to locate your package.
