Shipping within Australia
We offer a range of shipping options across Australia to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in good time.
Standard Shipping:
- Flat fee of $4.99 for orders under $150
- FREE for all orders over $150 AUD
- Delivery Time: 4-6 business days. This is an estimate for shipping time only and does not account for processing times.
Express Shipping
- Flat fee of $9.95 per order, no minimum spend
- Delivery Time: 2-4 business days. This is an estimate for shipping time only and does not account for processing times.
International Shipping
We ship LOVEY BY LOVEY jewellery worldwide! Please see below for our international shipping options.
Standard Shipping:
- Flat fee of $15.00 for orders under $200 AUD.
- Free for all orders OVER $200 AUD.
- Delivery Time: 4 -15 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and are approximate only. This is an estimate for shipping only and does not account for processing times.

Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has started the fulfilment process.

Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once the fulfilment process has commenced. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner (Australia Post) website.
3. What if my package gets lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact Australia Post or the shipping partners to locate your package.
