Australia Shipping
We offer a range of shipping options across Australia to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in good time.

Standard Shipping:

  • Free for all orders
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping

  • Flat fee of $4 per order, no minimum spend
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.

Local Pick Up

  • Available to anyone able to pick up from the Northern Beaches in Sydney.

International Shipping
We ship Lovey by Lovey jewellery worldwide for free! Please see below for our international shipping options.

Standard Shipping:

  • Free for all orders
  • Delivery Time: 7-15 business days

     

For international orders, we partner with leading global shipping providers to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.  All orders shipping internationally come in a microfibre pouch and with a cleaning cloth.

Important Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 business day. Please allow for slight delays during peak periods like holidays or sales.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, customs and duties may apply based on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

Packaging: All Lovey by Lovey orders are carefully packaged to protect your jewellery during transit, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping FAQs

1. When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1 business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your package is on its way. The only exception to this is local delivery, where we transport this to you within 1-2 days. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.

3. What if my package gets lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at info@loveybylovey.com.au and we’ll work with our shipping partners to locate your package.
