How to Choose Your Fit
If you prefer your earrings to sit closer to your lobe with a clean, minimal look, choose styles with a 12mm inner diameter (our true Huggies). These give you that snug, streamline everyday fit that feels secure and never heavy.
If you prefer a little space beneath the lobe or want a soft drop for a more noticeable look, choose the 16mm outer diameter hoop range. These create a more open fit a bigger drop.
To measure at home, simply hold a ruler or tape measure next to your current earrings. This will help you visualise whether a Huggie or hoop suits your preferred look and feel.

Materials & Quality
18k Gold Vermeil
Our gold pieces are crafted from a base of solids 925 sterling silver, and then coated with a thick (2.5micron) later of 18k gold vermeil. Gold vermeil is significantly more durable gold plating. This richer layer gives a warm, long-lasting gold finish designed for everyday wear. Each piece is then sealed with an e-coating to provide added protection against tarnish, fading and scratching. The result is a premium gold product that holds its shine beautifully and is safe for sensitive ears.
925 Silver Rhodium Plated
Our silver pieces are made from solid 925 sterling silver and finished with a protective layer of rhodium, a rare and durable metal in the platinum family. Rhodium enhances the shine and brightness of the silver while adding strong resistance to tarnish and wear. This finish helps each piece maintain its clarity and smoothness over time, even with daily use. It's an ideal option for sensitive ears, offering long-lasting comfort and durability.

Express Shipping
- Flat fee of $9.95 per order, no minimum spend

International Shipping
We ship Lovey by Lovey jewellery worldwide! Please see below for our international shipping options.
Standard Shipping:
- Flat fee of $15.00 for orders under $200 AUD.
- Free for all orders OVER $200 AUD.

For international orders, we partner with leading global shipping providers to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. All orders shipping internationally come in a microfibre pouch and with a cleaning cloth.

1. When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1 business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your package is on its way. The only exception to this is local delivery, where we transport this to you within 1-2 days. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.
3. What if my package gets lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at info@loveybylovey.com.au and we’ll work with our shipping partners to locate your package.
