All of our charms are made with a 4mm loop so they can be easily added and removed from our huggie and hoop range including our: Halo, Hero, Harlow, Holly, Heather and Hoop range. Information about the length and width of our charms are included in the product description.
Materials & Quality
18k Gold Vermeil
Our gold pieces are crafted from a base of solids 925 sterling silver, and then coated with a thick (2.5micron) later of 18k gold vermeil. Gold vermeil is significantly more durable gold plating. This richer layer gives a warm, long-lasting gold finish designed for everyday wear. Each piece is then sealed with an e-coating to provide added protection against tarnish, fading and scratching. The result is a premium gold product that holds its shine beautifully and is safe for sensitive ears.
925 Silver Rhodium Plated
Our silver pieces are made from solid 925 sterling silver and finished with a protective layer of rhodium, a rare and durable metal in the platinum family. Rhodium enhances the shine and brightness of the silver while adding strong resistance to tarnish and wear. This finish helps each piece maintain its clarity and smoothness over time, even with daily use. It's an ideal option for sensitive ears, offering long-lasting comfort and durability.

1. When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1 business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your package is on its way. The only exception to this is local delivery, where we transport this to you within 1-2 days. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.
3. What if my package gets lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at info@loveybylovey.com.au and we’ll work with our shipping partners to locate your package.
